UNSAR participated together with industry specialists at the Round Table “Insurance Arbitration – Benefits for Insurers and Professionals”

UNSAR participated at the event organized by the Institute of Financial Studies (ISF) and the Association of Arbitration and Mediation in Insurance (ACAMA) – “Insurance Arbitration – Benefits for Insurers and Professionals”, an event dedicated to specialists – authorities (ASF, SAL-FIN), insurance companies, brokers, professional associations (UNSAR, UNSICAR, PRBAR), experienced lawyers and arbitrators.

Important topics debated at this event: international experience on arbitration, benefits for corporate clients, ways to increase the degree of financial education on arbitration, ways to implement a unitary dispute settlement procedure between insurers and legal entities.
